Online Bookings:

Patients may book their appointments online via the secure Health Engine website, using any of the BOOK ONLINE links.

Booking is easy.

Simply select the time and day of the appointment you wish to make (appointments are available in 10 min intervals) to be given a booking with any available doctor.

If you wish to have a longer consultation you may book 2 consecutive appointments.

You may select a particular doctor using the yellow button at the top of the booking page, and you will then see all the appointments available for this doctor only.

How It Works:

Online Bookings can be made on your smartphone, tablet or personal computer.

When you use online bookings for the first time you will need to provide some basic details including your:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Appointment Type
  • Health Insurance (Y/N)
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Street Address

You will also need to state whether you are already a patient at this practice: Previously Attended (Yes/No).

These details are for the booking system only - your health and medical details remain accessible only to the practice.

Your Appointment:

What happens after booking?

When you complete your booking, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. If you have entered a mobile number you will also receive an sms reminder.

At this stage, you have a confirmed booking. This is the same as if you had called the practice and made an appointment by phone.


If you are unable to attend please let reception know so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee.

For Appointments:

  • Mon to Fri - 7am to 7.30pm
  • Sat - 8.30am to 2pm
  • Sun - 9am to 11am
  • P/Hols - 9am to 11am

Walk-ins are also welcome:

  • Mon to Fri - 7am to 7.30am
  • Mon to Fri - 5pm to 7.30pm
  • Sat - 8.30am to 2pm
  • Sun - 9am to 11am
  • P/Hols - 9am to 11am

If you require an extended appointment due to multiple medical problems or an examination for insurance, superannuation, driving medical, worker compensation, motor vehicle accident, etc. please phone and advise reception.

Also please make a separate booking for each family member to be seen.

For routine consultations we bulk bill the following:

  • ALL pension card holders and their dependent children
  • ALL children under 16 for immunisations and care plans
